Craig Ferguson

Photographer

info:
Craig is a professional photographer based in Taipei, Taiwan specializing in editorial, commercial and travel imagery. After graduating college with a degree in Environmental Science, he jumped on a plane bound for Asia, landing in Thailand with a backpack, open-ended year long ticket and a vague plan to wander through South East Asia and India until his money ran out. To say he fell in love with the continent would be an understatement. The food, the landscapes, the cultures, it all felt right. Like home. After another couple of extended trips through the region and a friend’s suggestions to visit Taipei in early 2003, he decided he would stay for a bit. That was a decade ago and he´s still here. He has found it to suit him well, a modern high-tech developed place mixed with traditions and culture that are centuries old. His photographs have been published globally in National Geographic Traveller, Reader’s Digest, Lonely Planet, Monocle and Wall St Journal.
